1 lb. extra lean ground beef

3 T. Butter

2 10 oz. cans Tomato Sauce

8 oz. Noodles Cooked & Drained

1/3 c.  chopped onion

1/4 c. Sour Cream

1 c. Cottage cheese

8 oz. Cream cheese

1 T. chopped green pepper

Salt and Pepper

  1. Brown ground beef in 1 T. butter in skillet

  2. Stir in tomato sauce & remove from heat
  3. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese salt and pepper, sour cream, chopped onion and chopped green pepper in bowl.
  4. Spread 1/2 the noodles in 9x13 glass dish. Cover with cream mixture, add remaining noodles cover with 2 T. butter, and then cover with beef.
  5. Bake 30 min at 350.

Serve with a large green salad.
