Rosemary Garlic New Potatoes



1 large branch of fresh rosemary

12 ounces new potatoes, scrubbed

1 Tbsp. minced garlic in oil

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. In a 10-inch microwave-safe baking dish, toss together the rosemary, potatoes, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Stir, cover again, and microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes longer, until the center-most potatoes are tender.

Note: These potatoes can be baked in a covered baking dish, adding a few spoonfuls of water, at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
