Thai Pork Burritos

(of course the original recipe calls for beagle meat but pork works equally well)

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1 lb. lean ground pork

4 Tbsp. bottled stir fry sauce

2 cups coleslaw mix

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper

4 large flour tortillas, warmed

Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)

  1. In large nonstick skillet, cook and crumble pork over high heat about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are wilted and mixture is mixed well, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Spoon equal portions onto tortillas, garnish with cilantro and roll up to eat out of hand.
