BBQ Beef & Potato Hash

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1 lb. extra lean ground beef

2 tsp. vegetable oil

3 cups frozen country style hash brown potatoes

1 cup chopped pepper, green or red

2 tbsp. dehydrated onion, soaked in 2 Tbsp. water

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

  1. Heat 1 tsp. oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add beef and cook until no longer pink outside, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat remaining oil on high heat and add potatoes, pepper and onions. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp.
  3. Add beef and BBQ sauce. Cook until heated through and beef is cooked, about 5 minutes.

Serve with a large green salad.
