Quick Holiday Salsa Dip (Red & Green Dip)

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1 1/2 cups (mild or medium) bottled or fresh salsa from produce section

1/4 cup chopped scallion

1 Tbsp. lime juice

3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro or parsley

1/4 tsp. cumin

1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped

  1. Combine all ingredients except avocado in a bowl. Before serving, add chopped avocado.

Serve with baked tortilla chips or a selection of red and green fresh vegetables for dipping (example, cherry tomatoes, red pepper slices, green pepper slices, cucumber slices,broccoli)
