Honey Mustard Pork Chops



4 pork chops, about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick

Salt and pepper

1/2 Tbsp. dried dill weed or 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

1/3 - 1/2 cup prepared honey mustard

  1. Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper and dill. Brush tops with honey mustard.
  2. Place chops, sauce side down on hot grill; grill until brown about 4 - 5 minutes each side. Brush uncooked side with sauce and turn pork chops. Cook until pork is no longer pink inside. Brush with additional honey mustard, if desired.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
